Thank you for shopping with Desert Emerald. We currently deliver to customers within the United Kingdom only.
Order Processing
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary during weekends, bank holidays and particularly busy periods.
UK Standard Delivery
Standard UK delivery is £4.99.
Free Standard UK delivery is available on orders of £50 or more.
Standard delivery normally takes approximately 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates shown at checkout may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
UK Express Delivery
Express delivery is available for £6.99 and normally takes approximately 1–2 business days.
Express delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, bank holidays, courier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Same-Day Local Delivery
Desert Emerald offers our own local delivery service to selected postcodes in and around Yatton, Clevedon, Weston-super-Mare, Bristol and selected nearby areas.
Local delivery availability and the applicable delivery charge are determined automatically at checkout based on the customer's delivery postcode.
Same-day local delivery is available for eligible orders placed before 2:00 pm. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be delivered on the next available delivery day.
Current local delivery charges start from £2.99, depending on the delivery area. Some local delivery zones may qualify for free delivery when the applicable minimum order value is reached. The exact charge or free-delivery eligibility will always be displayed at checkout before payment.
A valid telephone number is required for local delivery so that we can contact you if necessary regarding access or delivery.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery times unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays can occasionally occur because of courier services, weather, traffic, bank holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Order Tracking
Once an order sent by courier has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where tracking is available.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please check your address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched or is out for local delivery.
